I just landed to LAX from Bangkok, flying that route on Thai Airways. Business class and expectations high, based on both experience and brand image. Everything was fairly okay but something has happened in the way that service works. Synchronization of Drinks vs. Food servings were nothing you could expect on an Asian airline and their business class – you just make sure your passengers are having all the drinks with their food they want. It’s not the passenger who asks, it’s your staff that ask. You know, I might have enoyed glass of white wine with my 3rd meal, right?

Everything was moderate, nothing super great. I would be worried.
